This apron is handmade by the women of Minjeni in Tanzania. The apron is lined inside and has a pocket on the front.
If you buy this product you support the sewing project of Minjeni, from the earnings they generate money for their families and for Minjeni.
Minjeni supports the villagers of Shimbwe and Uru East by means of a micro credit formula in pigs-, chickens-, goats-, and garden projects.
They also provide health education and consultations, there is a Day Care Centre under construction.
